  • Attend all the sessions and get our act together about what we talked about

  • Confidence in being independent at the end of the VTS
    Building up knowledge to be able to trust not to miss anything
  • Consultation skills
  • Non-clinical education eg practice matters / politics
  • Not being in surgery
