Piloting at end of three-month stage in each individual
six months from February 2000. Feedback at May and
November, Embleton Hall meetings.
Pilot working version of CD-ROM training tool. Tool to
have HTML structure with Front Page and search engine
attached to HTML structuring.
Achieve financial viability of the group.
Achieve universal use of Office 97 and Internet Explorer
within the group so that all files and communication will
be mutually compatible. Aim/Achieve one session of
Internet Explorer and Front Page training session
including E-mail access.
Continuance of 11/2-day residential course to be held in
May 2000 during the weeks of 4-5 or 11-12 May at Embleton
Hall. Session 1 - Assessment of attitudes, session to be
primarily resourced by Dave Gill. Session 2 - Dealing
with uncertainty, to be primarily resourced by Chris
Marr. Session 3 - Peer group appraisal, pilot review to
be primarily resourced by Charles Dean. Costs to include
funding for overnight stay at Embleton Hall. Delegate
costs to be found before next meeting.
