- Discussed appraisal- requirement for GPRs from Aug 2004 , copy of form
4 (available on DoH or this
website) needs returning to NVTS
- Reminder GPRs are responsible for completion structured trainers
report for summative assessment
- Discussion re implications PGI budget cuts- decisions due soon – may
have implications for “central teaching”
- Reporting in
- Usual mutually supportive discussion held
- Potential problems with non-driving GPRs, difficulties engaging in
constructive feedback and widening GPRs agenda to include teamworking,
use of 360 degree feedback tool, involvement of other partners in
training
- Discussion re May event – some further mixed feedback on Balint group
event
Next meeting: Thu 16 Sept 18.00 meet, followed by 20.00 meal Embleton Hall
