Dates of subsequent meetings

We noted clash with GP forum tonight and set dates for subsequent meetings in 2003:

As previously agreed we will alternate evening and afternoon meetings during 2003 and then reassess the format. We noted some members preferences/difficulties with various options and hoped plenty of prior warning would make arrangements to attend easier. After discussion we agreed Billy would write to Care Trust re resourcing of protected time for meetings

Peer appraisal

We discussed the practicalities of doing this once in each 6months using T2D2 (on the Well Close Square website) as a tool. We discussed the format of T2D2 and whilst there were minor queries (is patient satisfaction = registrar satisfaction?) we felt the best way to test it was by using it. We agreed to use it as mid point (3rd or 4th month) assessment, probably without video component as we felt time constraints would necessitate mutual assessment on a single meeting and trainers A+B both appraised on single session at a mutually agreed venue, with written report produced either at time or after, and with a group feedback session on the process on5/6 June.

We produced practice pairings with a geographical bias though felt these could be altered in the future, but for this April/ May:
