North Northumberland Trainers Group Annual report to the Scheme 2000

Attendance numbers have been up thanks to re-timetabling of our monthly evening meetings to four half-day sessions supplemented by occasional evening support meetings.

Much work has gone into achieving success in the following fields:

• Production of a CD-R0M training tool –…well from Brad and Chris M. actually.
• Completion of our annual successful residential study course, topics included coping with uncertainty, and attitude problems between trainer and registrar.
• Piloting of mid-point training practice appraisal scheme using amended T2D2 tool.
• Plans are afoot in the next year to further evaluate mid-point appraisal and to gain further experience of Cambridge Calgary video teaching methods.
