Shared Log

The learning log entries that the GPR has chosen to share with the supervisor.

  • These can be viewed and a comment added but not altered by the supervisor. A comment can be added (qv)
  • They can be filtered by read/unread, type of learning encounter, curriculum heading
  • They can be filtered by event (qv hypertension) or search free text (qv concerns)

Doesn’t fit onto the screen

  • Can view active or all
  • This is managed by the GPR ie view only

 

Evidence
  • This is where to add or view the assessments for your GPR
  • Can be filtered by stage of training eg 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 34 month review

The various views here are to assess where the GPR has got to, an be used for both overview by supervisor, 6m ed sup reviews and deanery panel

Rate GPR competencies

Supervisor can make comments on competency areas at the end of a teaching session – doing this together with the GPR alloes the supervisor to give feedback and do the paperwork athe the same time, and the issues are shared

 

 Finish Review

Where the ed sup makes the recommendation to the deanery panel. There will (need to) be some further training about this process in a few months time

Lists the curriculum competencies and allows you to download the curriculum statements

Deanery (and presumably faculties) can post educational events for GPRs here
