This site provides free access to an on-line mental health lifeskills course.
This course has been developed by
Chris Williams, a Glasgow-based psychiatrist, and utilises the ‘Five Areas
Approach’ a CBT model.

This site has been developed in Australia and is available free of charge. It
utilises both CBT and Interpersonal Therapy approaches in the management of
mental health problems
