Tetanus status in patients over 15 is monitored via the report schedule. Reminders are added
automatically to allow opportunistic immunisation where required.
The computer is updated if tetanus immunisation has been received
elsewhere eg in Casualty.
Rubella status in teenagers is monitored annually via the report schedule. Teenagers with no record
of rubella status are contacted and offered vaccination if
necessary.
Use the following codes:
- Rubella vaccination or standard MMR
codes
- Rubella immune
- Rubella vaccination not wanted
- Rubella vaccine due reminder
