Vision can be used to complete laboratory forms, with a potentially a huge saving in staff time. These forms are directly useful only for GP practices in North Cumbria, but do show how it can be done.

These forms look identical to the "official" forms. The forms were scanned into Word, and then the text boxes converted to frames - this is necessary as Word will not allow form fields in text boxes. The merge strings were added by copy/paste from Microsoft Word document Vision merge strings (which is much faster than using the drop-down menu to add them) and the form fields were added.
