1. Previous Minutes – were accepted as read
2. Re-election of Officers:- The following were unanimously elected as Officers
   • President – Bill Wood - Chairman – Steve Hannah
   • Secretary - Sylvie Jefferson
   • Treasurer - Sue Hannah
3. It was agreed that the bank mandate should be altered to enable the Treasurer to operate the Club account and for the documentation to be forwarded to her home address.
4. There being no further business to transact, the meeting was closed.
