Entry Fees: £10 per person (cheque payable to Herdwick Fencing Club or by Paypal to suehannah@limelighting.co.uk) to be returned by 10th June 2011

The course was designed to help you understand what to expect at a competition, help you prepare and be more confident

1. what equipment is required and why,
2. how the ceding works
3. how a competition is run and the format
4. what to do and not do on the piste including the salutes
5. what preparations you need to make before you go to a competition
6. what to do and look for when you arrive at a competition
