The appraisal administrator's role and responsibilities

  1. The administrator maintains the databases of appraisers and appraisees.
  2. The administrator maintains an up-to-date appraisal website containing the appropriate information sources.
  3. The administrator organises the annual appraisal round:
  4. The administrator coordinates the annual study day and locality appraiser and appraisee education sessions.
  5. Communicate and coordinate information with appraisers and appraisees eg
  6. Maintain an overview of the quality assurance process using the databases of appraisers and appraisees.
