Introduction

TACT PMS set voluntary targets in April 2002 for measuring the number of patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD) who were taking an ACE inhibitor. LVSD is measured by ECG/CXR changes or echocardiogram according to a defined protocol.
