Census data, up to 2001, has suggested that birth rates in the Berwick area are dropping. I was interested to compare our recent birth figures at Well Close Square Surgery as Lesley and Helen, Health Visitors, have certainly noticed a recent increase in births! The above birth book statistics would seem to confirm that births for Well Close Square Surgery are indeed rising again.
