In response to the feedback from the 1995 Well Close Square
Awards, we are pleased to announce the annual continuation of
these awards. Doctors, nurses, health visitors and staff asked to
nominate the person whom they consider to be the most fitting
person in each category, and describe why they have chosen them.
Well Close Square Teamwork Award
That person who you most consider has developed, encouraged or
been involved in teamwork over the last year.
